With my experience in this field of fine dining and great wines, I would like to share the art of food preparation, ingredients, and incorporate it into my very own cuisine. The food will strongly be defined by many cultural inheritances, all while borrowing ingredients and techniques from all over the world, and integrating it into my cooking style.
